Booking & Scheduling
You can book directly through our website by clicking “Book Online” at the top of any page. You can also call or text us to schedule. We’ll confirm your appointment with a date, time window, and service details so you know exactly what to expect.
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot. However, we do our best to accommodate same-day requests depending on availability. If it’s urgent, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
We operate Monday through Sunday with flexible scheduling including morning and evening appointments. We understand your time is valuable, so we work around your schedule — not the other way around.
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer the slot to another customer. You can reschedule through the booking system or by contacting us directly. There are no cancellation fees.
It depends on the service. For routine maintenance like oil changes or brake inspections, you don’t need to be present — just make sure we have access to the vehicle and your keys. For diagnostic work or repairs where we may need your approval for additional items, it helps to be nearby or reachable by phone.
Light rain usually isn’t a problem — we come prepared. For heavier weather that would compromise the quality of the work or safety, we’ll reach out to reschedule. Your appointment is always protected, and we’ll get you rebooked at the next available slot at no extra charge.
Services & Pricing
We offer a full range of mobile automotive services including diagnostics and inspections (pre-purchase evaluations, check engine light diagnosis, and hidden issue identification using advanced scan tools), general and specialized repairs (from minor fixes to major overhauls), oil changes and fluid services (engine oil, filters, and essential fluid replacements to maximize performance and engine protection), battery services (replacement, jump starts, and high-performance upgrades), brake services (pad replacements through comprehensive system repairs using high-quality parts), and suspension work (shocks, control arms, and other critical components for a smooth ride and optimal handling). If you don’t see what you need, ask — we may still be able to help.
We service most domestic, Japanese, and European makes including Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, Nissan, Hyundai, Subaru, BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and more. We work on cars, SUVs, crossovers, and light trucks. If you have a specialty vehicle, contact us first and we’ll let you know if we can help.
Pricing depends on the service and your vehicle. To give you a sense: a standard oil change starts around $100–$120 (synthetic), and brake pad replacement typically runs $200–$400 per axle depending on the vehicle. We always provide a transparent estimate before starting any work — no surprises. Check our Pricing page for detailed ranges.
There is no separate trip or service call fee — our mobile convenience is built into our labor rate. What you see on your estimate is what you pay. No hidden charges, no surprise add-ons. For most customers, the time and hassle saved by not driving to a shop and sitting in a waiting room more than makes up for the difference.
Yes. We provide free estimates for all standard services based on your vehicle information. Estimates are valid for 14 days from the date provided. For issues that require hands-on diagnostics, there is a diagnostic fee which is applied as a credit toward the repair if you choose to proceed with us.
When you book a diagnostic service, we charge a $150 diagnostic fee that covers our initial assessment using advanced scan tools and hands-on inspection. In some cases, a deeper diagnosis may be required — for example, if we need to disassemble components to pinpoint the root cause. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know upfront and provide an updated diagnostic estimate before proceeding. If the diagnosis leads to a recommended repair and you choose to move forward with us, $150 of the diagnostic fee is applied as a credit toward the total cost of the repair. You’ll receive a full breakdown of findings and recommendations either way.
Not always. Once a diagnosis is complete and you confirm you’d like to move forward with the repair, we check parts availability and our calendar to determine whether we can complete the work that day or need to schedule a follow-up appointment. We’ll communicate the timeline clearly so you know what to expect.
We use high-quality OEM-equivalent or OEM parts depending on your preference and vehicle. We never install low-grade parts. If you have a preference for a specific brand or OEM-only parts, just let us know and we’ll source accordingly.
We handle both routine maintenance and a wide range of repairs on-site — from brake system overhauls and suspension work to complex diagnostics and specialized engine repairs. The main exceptions for mobile service are services like engine and transmission swaps and rebuilds. Even in those cases, we can diagnose the issue on-site, give you an honest assessment of what’s needed, and help coordinate next steps. We’d rather be upfront about what we can and can’t do at your location than overpromise.
Mobile Service – How It Works
No — and that’s by design. We’re a fully mobile operation, which means we service your vehicle on-site at your home, office, or wherever you are.
It’s simple: you book, we show up. Our fully-equipped service vehicle comes to your home, office, or wherever your car is parked. We bring professional-grade tools, diagnostic equipment, fluids, and parts. We perform the service on-site, clean up, and you’re done — no drop-offs, no waiting rooms, no Uber rides.
We’re based out of Silicon Valley and serve a wide area across the Bay Area including the East Bay, Peninsula, Santa Cruz, and Gilroy area. Whether you’re in downtown San Jose, out in Fremont, or down near the coast, we’ll come to you. If you’re not sure whether you’re in our service area, reach out — we’re happy to check and may still be able to accommodate you.
We can work in your driveway, parking lot, garage, or office parking structure — any flat, paved surface with enough room to safely access the vehicle. We just need a reasonably level surface and enough clearance around the car. We always clean up after ourselves and leave your space the way we found it.
Our mobile unit carries professional-grade diagnostic scanners, a full tool set, hydraulic jack and stands, fluid extraction equipment, battery testing tools, and a selection of the most commonly needed parts and filters. We invest in the same quality tools used by top dealerships so you get shop-quality results at your location.
For the services we offer — absolutely yes. Our technician has the same training, certifications, and tools you’d find at a top-tier shop. The only difference is we come to you. For certain jobs that require a vehicle lift or specialized equipment (like full transmission rebuilds), a traditional shop may be needed, and we’ll tell you that upfront.
We’ll let you know immediately. We never perform additional work without your approval. If we find something that needs attention, we’ll explain what it is, how urgent it is, and what it costs. You decide whether to proceed. We document everything with photos so you can see exactly what we’re talking about.
It depends on the service. A standard oil change takes about 30–45 minutes. Brake service runs 1–2 hours per axle. Diagnostics can range from 30 minutes to over 1.5 hours depending on complexity. We’ll give you a time estimate when you book so you can plan your day.
Payments & Warranty
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Payment is collected upon completion of the service.
Yes. We stand behind our work with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on labor. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by part. If something we repaired doesn’t hold up, we’ll make it right. Our reputation depends on it.
Absolutely. After every service, you’ll receive a detailed digital invoice that includes all work performed, parts used, costs, and any recommendations for future service. This documentation is valuable for your records, resale value, and warranty purposes.
We can provide the documentation and invoices you need to submit claims to your insurance or extended warranty provider. However, we are not a direct billing partner with most insurance companies, so payment is collected from you at the time of service. We’re happy to help you navigate the reimbursement process.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
We offer periodic promotions for seasonal services. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our mailing list to stay in the loop on special offers.
